Carmen Bolanos

Carmen Bolanos is a Professional Certified Coach and Licensed Business Coach. She has been working with professionals for years towards the achievement of their most important business and personal goals. Carmen was lured away from a private practice in Clinical Psychology by the mobility offered through a coaching career. The daughter of a father who traveled for over 20 years and a mother in foreign service, a nomadic lifestyle seems to be in her genetic code. Carmen has lived abroad both in Latin America and Asia. She has studied 5 foreign languages for a total of over 26 years. Carmen maintains an international coaching practice meeting by phone with clients while at home or abroad. She is married and has 3 wonderful daughters as well as a variety of pets.

Richard (Ricardo) Hamel, NuNomad Co-founder

Richard Hamel

Since 1998 Ricardo has been a freelance website designer for a variety of charitable non-profit organizations within Southern California (which he calls "home"), as well as for a few international travel-related operations. Before becoming a nomadic webmaster, he founded and operated PAX Publishing (for ten years), a graphic design and printing agency serving the development and communication needs of charitable organizations. Before creating PAX Publishing he was (for about five years) a full-time special events coordinator, fund-raiser and project developer for several non-profit projects and organizations. He is also the author of Quit Dreaming and Go!, an ebook on pre-travel preparation for world-travelers, and the author of Pothole (a novel). Ricardo is in his 40s, single and has visited more than two dozen countries, many of which he has resided in.

Stan Sholik has gained a reputation as a writer on both conventional and digital imaging topics with articles in View Camera, Camera Arts, After Capture, and Rangefinder magazines. His first book, Close-up and Macro Photography Handbook was published by Amherst Media, Inc. in 2000. Stan's second and third books, Photographic Filter Handbook, and Handbook of Digital SLRs were also published by Amherst Media.
