The thing with Dubai is that there is so much to see and do it can all become a bit overwhelming. That is why it’s vital that you plan your trip and all the stuff you want to get done, so you don’t end up missing anything. But with such a large choice, what things should you not miss? Read on to find out.
The Palm Atlantis Water Parks
What the most perfect thing to do when the weather can reach temperatures of 45 degrees centigrade? Well, of course, it’s cool off with a trip to a water park. Luckily, the residents of Dubai have caught onto this, and there are quite a few different choices on offer.
However, if you want the full experience to take a trip to the Atlantis Hotel, on the outer reaches of Palm Island. Luxurious, the hotel in itself is a joy, and you will also find two parks to choose from there. The first is the Aquaventure Park that comes complete with rubber ring rapids and slides to ride.
The other is Dolphin Bay, where yes, you guessed it you can have a swimming with dolphins experience. A memory that will last you throughout your trip and beyond.
Now, you might also like to pop along to the very incongruous, but amazing indoor snow dome at Ski Dubai. That’s right a snow dome in the desert!
There you can ski, snowboard, and even sledge if you like. There is even a Santa’s grotto there in December if you want to feel super Christmassy and wintery.
Mall Of The Emirates
Ski Dubai is located in the Mall of The Emirates, but it’s definitely not the only thing that you should do while you are in the area. Obviously, there is the fabulous shopping that includes stores such as Apple and Alexander McQueen.
There is also the Magic Planet a great entertainment centre geared towards the young and the young at heart. So if you have the kids with you on your trip is a must. You can also find a Cinema showing the latest box office hits there. As well as a host of restaurants to get refueled and refreshed at, before hitting the shops again.
Tour The Desert
Now, we all know that Dubai is a city in the desert, and if you want to get closer to this environment then why not book a tour of the surrounding area?
A great way to do this is to treat yourself to a Dubai desert safari, where you will ride out into the wildernesses in a specially equipped four by fours. Soaking up the atmosphere and even getting to visit such spectacular sites as the Oasis of Liwa.
Visit The World
Lastly, did you know that while visiting Dubai you can experience a world trip? Well, you can if you visit the amazing World Archipelago, a coastal development in the Marina. Where each individual land mass if designed to represent a part of the world.
There you can hand out at the beach club, and eat at Tror Blanco, or even just take a dip in the pool to cool off.
